Requirements:
• Native or Non-Native
• Can speak, read & write this Language
• Can communicate both oral and written English
• Graduate of any paramedical course but not required
• Nursing graduate is an advantage
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
• BPO Experience is an advantage but not required
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
• Willing to relocate in Angeles City Pampanga
Duties:
• Deal directly with customers via phone
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and request
• Perform customer verification and applications
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions by putting memo to the account
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions
• Coordinating with clients
• Translate and handle business transaction
• Provide critical BPO services for a key client
