IT Recruitment For Level 3 Technical Support - Angeles City

Technical Skills:
- At least 5 years experience providing technical support
- Must be a graduate of Computer Science /IT
- Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems; Both servers and Desktops
- Working knowledge of networks and network administration
- Working knowledge in hardware and software installation
- Highly proficient in English
- Highly intuitive and efficient at resolving complex, difficult issues
- Willing to work on night shift, during weekends and holidays, and work overtime.
- Ability to read, analyze, interpret and apply general technical instructions and procedures.
- Strong customer-service skills with demonstrated ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical end users in a pleasant, cooperative, and helpful manner.
- Strong communication skills in order to communicate effectively in user-friendly terms, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to be a team player with effective interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and work independently.

Requirements:
- Strong Systems Administration skills with Windows 2003-2012 Servers, Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7, 8, and 10 Editions
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word; Excel; Outlook; Powerpoint) support skills
- Strong networking knowledge (subnets, firewall concepts, ports, switches, routing and TCP/IP)
- Experience supporting Enterprise Anti-Virus solutions (Trend Micro, Symantec, Panda Software, Sophos, BitDefender, etc.)
- Experience supporting Enterprise Backup solutions (ARCserve D2D, Acronis, StorageCraft, Backup Exec, NTBackup, etc.)
- Experience supporting Enterprise Remote Control solutions (Terminal Services, VNC, TeamViewer, etc.)
- Microsoft Patch Management

Desirable:
- Major Industry Certification (MCSE, VCP, CCNA, CNE, RHSE)
- Linux
- Cisco Devices. Firewall; Switches; WiFi Access Point (Meraki)
- Veeam Backup
- Exchange Servers
- SQL Servers
- N-Central N-able Software
- Connectwise Mangement Software

Salary is 40K per month + Bonuses

Shift is supporting UK Financial Companies covering the whole week from UK local time 7PM to 7AM (12 hours shifts); between 2 engineers rota basis
